Multi-Choice plans

Multi-Choice is really three plans in one. It combines the flexibility and provider choice of a PPO with the quality, convenience, and value of Kaiser Permanente. You'll have a broad range of affordable premium levels to choose from. Your employees will choose how and where to receive care each time they need it, and have access to any licensed provider for most covered services.

Custom Care HealthInvestor (HSA) plans
Our HealthInvestor health savings account (HSA) option offers the cost savings of lower monthly premiums, while giving members and employers the financial advantage of both premium and tax savings.
With an HSA, members can use tax-free contributions to pay health care expenses as they occur or accumulate money for future health care needs. The choice is up to them.
And because these plans are available individually or in combination with other Kaiser Permanente products, you can offer quality coverage to individuals with widely varying financial, lifestyle, and health care needs.
Out-of-Area plans
We also offer Out-of-Area plans to provide coverage for those employees who live outside of Kaiser Permanente Georgia's Service Area.* You can offer these plans to employees living and working outside the metro-Atlanta area, either in another county or another state.† Members have access to a network of over 450,000 participating providers (from the national PHCS network), or any licensed provider they choose.
* Depending on the size of the group. Kaiser Permanente Out-of-Area plans are underwritten by Kaiser Permanente Insurance Company (KPIC). A limited percentage of total eligible employees can live outside the 20-county Service Area. Additional requirements may apply.
